What are your business hours?

We answer the phone Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM to 4 PM. We’re closed Sundays except for emergency calls. After-hours emergency response is available for true electrical emergencies (sparks, burning smell, partial power loss, exposed wiring).

What information should I have ready when I call?

A few details help us give you an accurate first estimate over the phone. Have ready: your address (so we know the service area and travel time), a quick description of the job, the age of your home if you know it, and any photos of the problem area or panel if you can text them to us afterward. None of this is required, but it speeds things up.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Free in-home estimates for residential and commercial work. We walk the job with you, give you a clear scope, and quote a fixed price before any work starts. No surprises on the final invoice.

How quickly can you schedule a free estimate?

Most estimates can be scheduled within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the time of year and how booked we are. For smaller jobs or quick walk-throughs, we can often fit you in sooner. Emergency situations are handled same-day, no estimate visit needed.

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

For most jobs, yes. We need to see the work area, the panel, and the route between them to give you an accurate quote. Estimates typically take 20 to 45 minutes depending on the scope. For commercial walk-throughs, we’ll coordinate with whoever holds the keys.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfer, personal check, and cash. For larger jobs, we offer financing through our partners with 12-month, 24-month, and longer payment plans, often with 0% promotional rates for qualified buyers.
