What residential electrical services do you offer?
We handle the full range of home electrical work: panel upgrades, EV charger installs, generator installs, ceiling fan and lighting installation, recessed and landscape lighting, outlet and GFCI installs, ceiling fan installs, smoke detector wiring, troubleshooting and repair, full-home rewiring, and knob-and-tube replacement. If it’s wired, we can work on it.
What commercial electrical services do you offer?
Tenant improvements, office and retail buildouts, lighting retrofits, panel and service upgrades, dedicated equipment circuits, parking lot and exterior lighting, and ongoing maintenance contracts for property managers. We work with small businesses, restaurants, retail, and light industrial clients across Pierce and King County.
Do you install EV chargers?
Yes. We install Level 2 chargers from Tesla, ChargePoint, Wallbox, Grizzl-E, Emporia, and most major brands. We also handle the Tacoma Power rebate paperwork ($400 to $600 per qualifying install) and the Washington State sales tax exemption when it applies. Most installs are completed in a single day.
